SIMPLE- the best thing in the world to cure a hang over is not a fancy remedy like cat-food, ketchup, raw-eggs, dish soap and expired sour cream mixed up and consumed while standing on your head!

its WATER lots of water!
if you drink 2 big glasses of water before bed and bring some with you, your hangover will be almost nothing by the time you drag your sorry ass out of bed. it also helps to eat something before you go to bed.


*alcohol dehydrates the brain ~ water rehydrates the brain...

another helpful thing to have, with your water, of course, is a glass of orange juice. the vitamin c helps your liver to filter out the toxins from the booze.

Never had to deal with one so I wouldn't know.

I've never had one, I think it's because I'm young. Once I was so drunk I vomited everywhere, but there was no hangover.

I've only ever had one hangover and that was because we were drinking from 7pm to 6am the next morning haha. I have NEVER thrown up though.

its not only good to experience to good things in life, sometimes we need to experience the bad things to learn valuable life lessons.

I get "hung over" all the time, without drinking anything; I'm always getting dehydration headaches.
