	Rickey - 1 1/2 oz Liquor of choice (I use whiskey, usually Irish), Juice of 1/2 large lime or whole small lime, club soda. Fill DOF with ice, squeeze lime over ice. Add whiskey, then top off with soda. Stir or shake, your call, then sprinkle a pinch of sugar on top to take off the sour from the lime. It's basically a whiskey sour, but you feel so much cooler/manlier when you squeeze the limes yourself.
