	that is insane... I hope it is Toronto Hydro's fault and I hope they get sued...why else would there be an electrified panel in a sidewalk?

	That is awful. I really hope there is some justice in this and I do hope this problem gets fixed before another dog or person gets electrocuted. And regardless of whether the dog's owners get a pay out or not, the result is still the same.

	This story is not going away. Another Toronto dog gets zapped and dies this time from simply walking over a metal sidewalk cover. LINK WTF? Is the city wired for electricity on all sidewalks???

	This happens in NYC, more than anyone cares to realize. Usually though, it's kids or bums/homeless that get hit with it. I thought Con Edison was the only company in the world that screwed up this badly. Guess I was wrong. Shael
