	The St-Germain Cocktail 2 shots Champagne 1 1/2 shot St-Germain 2 shots club soda in a Collins glass and a lemon twist. My guess is that it would be pretty good if the Champagne and Soda were not flat. [last edit 12/1/2008 10:31 PM by dirt - edited 2 times]

Or I could be a person who enjoys fine alcohol, and is learning how to make drinks. A lemon twist is not a garnish, it is an ingredient. When you do a twist you do it over the glass to that the oils in the fruit transfer to the glass. When making an Old Fashioned, for instance, the orange is supposed to balance out the bitters.

Besides, if I was gay, would I be drinking flat Champagne? I'm thinking about a future in bartending, and I don't want to be a half assed one.

	So I decided I'm going to become a bartender. Anyhow, I made a "angels treat" which is 2 measures dark rum 1/2 ounce amaretto 2 measures heavy cream tsp cocoa powder Shaken with ice garnished with shredded dark chocolate. I'm going to get my girlfriend in so much trouble.

	Just back from dinner, where I drank things with cherries on the rim of the glass. I think there was galliano and kahlua in there, but all I know is they tasted sweet, and made one not able to walk all that reliably.
