This is me, but also I get a raging case of hornyness about two to three days before as well, and usually the first day.

If something particularly upsetting happens around that time, I might be a bit more emotional than normal, but otherwise, I'm fairly sane.

I do also notice my sweet tooth goes into overdrive sometimes. But no extreme cases here.

	I don't pms. My boyfriend is very happy about that. I think it's life's way of cutting me slack for the rest of the bullshit that has gone on in my head throughout the years. So yeah, I'm more or less the same all month 'round. Woo!

	now 26/M/the Netherlands My ex gf (from when I was 20 till 25) didn't PMS a lot, she just was grumpy because of the cramps one or two days a month. This was both on the pill and with a spiral. Though she would also be annoying and bitching when she had a headache, about once a month, but not regularly. It now turns out that she has a cylinder (eye) problem so that's why she had a headache a lot. Tijmen

	I've been on the pill since I was 16 so...about 5 years and I find that my symptoms are different each month, and mostly physical symptoms, rarely emotional. I asked my boyfriend if he can tell when I'm PMSing (I told him he wouldn't get in trouble) and he said honestly, no not really Sometimes my breasts swell and are really tender I get bloated I get really tired and lazy and super horny.

	I asked my bf the same thing and he didn't notice anything either. I used to get horrible cramps when I was younger, but they seemed to have gone away. I tried the pill once, but couldn't keep up with it. I'd always forget. I'm on the shot now and things seem peachy so far. Nothing has changed.
