Along the same lines of the BW thread. What's your favourite slide film.

Personally for me it's Fuji Velvia 100F

I haven't used slide film for so long. I have about 20 rolls of 35mm Velvia 50 in my freezer. I tried running a roll through my Mamiya C220, so I could do panorama's, but I didn't think it was very sharp, so I stopped. I should try again with some close ups.

Here are some samples, but I should mention I just went outside my door, shot a roll and went back in. In other words, I put forth no energy when it came to composition.

I like the colors of slide film more than neg, but I wish it wasn't so much more to develop.

My favorite slide is kodak e100VS.

But also depends on subject matter.

Velvia 50 for landscapes, Velvia 100 for street as it does skin tones better then 100F and 50, and Provia 400X for its pushing capabilities I push it to 1600 a lot and very little grain and does not get muddy like the old provia 400f. It also seems to have a better dynamic range then provia 400f
