I had some free time this morning so I made up a batch f Jello shooters for a party tomorrow night. This sounds like an awful lot of work, but it really isn't. Make these, they will rock your world and get you hammered:

Chocolate banana jellies

For the bottom layer:

2 packets unflavoured gelatin crystals (about 2 tbsp)
1/4 cup vodka
3/4 cup hot chocolate (nearly boiling)
2 cups creme de cacao

-put the gelatin in a bowl and sprinkle about 2 tbsp of vodka over it. squish it around until all the gelatin is wet. let sit for 2 minutes
-while the gelatin is soaking up some vodka heat up the hot chocolate
-mix hot chocolate with the gelatin goop until totally dissolved
-mix in the rest of the vodka and creme de cacao.

spoon the mixture into 4 ice cube trays filling each cup half way and throw them into the fridge to set while you make the top layer (set for about 30 minute)

For the top layer:

2 tbsp vodka
1/2 cup creme de banana
1 packet unflavoured gelatin crystals (about 1 tbsp)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
1 cup whipping cream

-put the gelatin in a bowl and sprinkle the vodka over it. squish it around until all the gelatin is wet. let sit for 2 minutes
-in a microwave safe bowl blend the cornstarch with the sugar until well combined
-whisk in about half the creme de banana and half the whipping cream
-cook in the microwave for about 3 minutes stirring every 30 seconds or so
-separate your egg, and mix in a bowl with a little of the hot liquid. then whisk into the rest of the hot mix.
-cook for another minute stirring regularly.
-mix in gelatin crystals. making sure they totally dissolve
-mix remaining creme de banana and cream, then mix with hot liquid
-spoon into ice cube trays on top of the bottom chocolate layer

Let set over night

Makes approx 52 jellies

What's your favourite Jello shooter recipe?

nice, once i made about 200 jello shots in four delicious flavours for a party, i found that mixing 50/50 water to liquor worked the best!

They say "you can't judge a book by its cover!" I say "YES you can, if the cover has a girl on it with a cock in her mouth, its PORN!" if she's 18 and the cock is black, its GREAT porn!

Make jell-o to your taste, add to half scooped out orange, refrigerate and then slice into wedges. Enjoy!
