	i called the licence bureau, all cars plated before april 29 are ok, but any in transit or dealer lots can not be plated. as well dealer plates found on these vehicules (Xplate) will be suspended for 6 months! also any that have temporary transit certificates are not plateable! 	and its touchy for quebecers who want to drive out of province cars because of our no fault insurance, ontario car owners are supposed to advice thier insurance company if a quebecer is driving thier car
