I've been eying a 1999 R/T Dakota for awhile now, I've got a 2003 Quad Cab Dakota right now with the 3.9. Its been great but I want a truck for messing around with at the track. They did good on your bumper though.

That looks better. I had a Durango with the 5.9, it got about 13 mpg highway. That was bad.

a friend of mine had a brand new 1998 Dakota 4x2 3.9/auto back a few years ago... we took it to Maryland to move his stepbrother back to New York... for someone my size, it was horrible on a road trip. Plenty of power, though, for a smallish V6.

it's the Dakota right behind my old Cavalier... that truck went through hell, two transmission rebuilds, one replacement, one rear window, one door window, a tailgate, one wheel and a headlight... and it would get stuck on a wet fucking lawn!

What model is yours?

Speaking of...
My dad asked a guy what model his Civic was and the guy said "EX"
Then my dad asked the same guy why he didn't get a wing for his Civic, the guy already had a body kit & rims, and the guy replied, "I don't drive fast enough for a wing to make a difference.
lol.

Mine is a 2003 Quad cab sport model. I've added power locks and windows and redone my inside with all kinds of car audio goodies
