On May 15th, at least some portion of Massachusetts had rain EVERY DAY except for 2 days. At that point, I stopped paying attention to the rain fall because it was too damn depressing.

So, here it is, June 22nd and with the exception of Memorial Day, I can't recall that we've had a nice hot sunny day. I'm sure we probably had a few, but with TWO MONTHS of rain fall I can't f#cking remember!!!!

My grass is a foot high but you can't cut it. My potted plants are dead from drowning, and my pool has turned every shade of green since I can't balance the damn levels with this shitty weather. Even my dog doesn't want to go outside so he's been pissing in the house. And its not like I have a poodle; I have a St. Bernard.

Yesterday I put out my nieces Slip n' Slide and didn't even attach the hose to it.

As for this week, they are saying that MAYBE we'll have sun by Thursday. If not, at least it may get near 80 degrees. Gee, how comforting. Feels like I went to sleep and woke up in Seattle.

It's 94 degrees here with a heat index of 100. The air conditioning in my office has stopped working. Fail.

At this point, I envy you!! ABC news just said we've had rain 18 out of the last 20 days.

here in IL, we've had the most rain in over 130 years. this is since last september.

Just for the record; its still raining.

Meteorologists confirmed yesterday that we've only had sun 3 days in the month of June. This is the worst June we've had in 101 years.

We had that sticker in electronics a few months ago. It dissapeared tho.

You have been handed some real crap for weather this year for sure. It is has not been bad here but the pool!!!!! I got to a very light cloudy green. A few days of rain and back to the emerald city.

I usually just mumble something about the pool being greener than my grass; Crayola should come and see this color, they could make a crayon out of it, etc etc.

I find too much rain depressing. The thing is,where I live,we've had a total of 2.5 centimeters of rain this year. That's it.

The recycling system sucks here,so we'd saved all of our paper for the fire pit~that we haven't been able to use except once,because of the fire ban. Most people have a lovely burnt shade of brown for lawns,and the lilac bushes didn't bloom this year,dammit! The farmers are suffering too because of it.

Never in my life had I heard so many people talking about needing rain,which just doesn't seem to be coming. I'd never lived near farms before though and I have to admit it's pretty cool to be sitting outside at work and have a pot bellied pig and a llama wander up to me.

That would be it. I love green, great shade to color with hell no when it comes to the pool.

It rained the entire 2 weeks i was on Long Island back in 2007. I just assumed rain and clouds and dark gloomy days were a Northeastern thing.

It was 112 where I'm at yesterday, cooks my brain.

It has actually been pretty balanced here in southern Ontario for the last few months. Rain happens once or twice a week, otherwise it's beautiful and sunny out. I barely recall any overcast days, it seems that if it isn't raining, it's sunny. The summer is also kicking in pretty good, temperatures hitting 100 for the past week now. Just had some pretty wicked storms today as well.
