usually, well at least here in New York, if the accident is ruled as the other parties' fault, their insurance covers injuries to a certain point and then it's the drivers' responsibility to pay the difference.

over here if it's the other parties fault it is covered to the max of their policy then your coverage starts to pay. and with people having 25K/50K or 50k/100K coverages as the norm she will be paying all of the damages IF she has any coverage at all, if not then it falls to mine.

That's pussy dammage. I've gone for better rides than that. And I wasn't fool enough to think it was because I was on my toes. I just got lucky. I thought from the sound of it, it was way worse than the pics. I've hooked plenty of garbage from the highway. But the brotherhood can kiss my ass. I'm all for never leaving a man behind. But it seems to me that it knows no bounds. I tried to report a drunk driver yesterday. I live in Sunnyvale, CA and I got no answer, just rang eight times. Really? In Sunnyvale? What the fuck!? We have barely any crime.

So I hung up. The guy sideswiped a car, too. Oh well, I guess those owners will never know what happened. I don't have time to be Superman or Batman.

it could have been worst, at least your ok. my father was killed by a drunk driver(in 1982), some how the drunk only got 3 years and a broken leg.
