Its been a while since I studied my pharmacology, would DHEA without an aromatase inhibitors boost testosterone levels? Or would it aromatize into estrogens and estridols?

anyone with experience with DHEA?

22 and your thinking of a test booster already?
have you had your levels checked to see how high or low they are already?

I got really sick and shed a huge amount of weight. (some horrible bacterial lung infection, they almost put me on a ventilator) and I want to run one month to put my mass back up, and then go back to natural working out. I've consulted with an MO regarding it, and he cant give his official blessings, but said off the record he doesn't see it causing harm if I do one short term run on it.

But back to the original question, is it worth while sans aromatase inhibitor?

and as the mod of this little board, I did or I recall saying it would judgment free environment.

oh dont get me wrong, i actually just started a test booster yesterday so no judgement here. the reason i asked was because it may not be used to its full potential if you have high testosterone still and it would be very disappointing to you if that were the case (i know it would be to me)

anyways from i know of the stuff is that it has a tendancy to increase estrogen levels more than test levels.
i think personally that if you are to use DHEA you should use aromatase inhibitor as well.
my personal opinion would be to look into some natural test boosters.

alright, I look into both...I got a bottle tribulus as a natural one, and I'll look at some aromatase inhibitors., I just really want to get back the weight and mass I lost when I was sick, and even my Medical Officer (MD) suggested DHEA or something similar.

hey if your medical officer is suggesting it i would assume he or she knows what they're talking about. (more than me for sure as i have no personal experience with it)
if you do it please keep me updated on the results. im always looking for new information and actual results.

Yup. I'll let ya know how it goes, or keep updates in the board in general, on mass gain, plus strength gain.
