I run the lost and found department where I work (a college). Once items have been with us for a year and go unclaimed, they are up for grabs, so I grabbed an iPod Touch first generation 16 GB. It is screen locked (needs a 4 digit passcode to get in). I've done the research, and anyone with iTunes and a cable could "restore" it to factory settings and use it. It is not stolen, and my ownership is legitimate with local laws. Anyone want to make me a reasonable offer for it? We could use PayPal. I do have an Ebay account if you wanted to go that way...
