| | | These new push button switches take a hold in time of three seconds in order to kill the engine, thats a football field worth of distance just to begin the process of shutting down the car, while holding the button in, theres another football field of length to get her stopped, and that assuming you do everything right, and don't try the ignition switch a few times, push the button 3 or 4 times, try the brakes that don't work all that well at 120mph, you might even try to unstick the peddle with your foot a few times before you try to reach down and use your hand. 1 more mile and he might have got it figured out, I heard the 911 tape, and he sounded calm and in control, till he ran out of road.

| | | I've noticed over the years the trend of having a pretty cover over the motor, I'm guessing this is to cover all those nasty leaky things that are so prevalent around fuel, oil, hydraulic and cooling systems. You'll even notice some of the hot rod coupes, and trucks doing this.............I wanna see fucking motors people..........Plus I want to be able to spot a small leak, before it becomes a big leak, or worse, a fire.
If you've ever had a throttle stick on you, you are aware of how time tends to slow down, what feels like a full minute, actually is only a few seconds. I've had it happen a few times over the years, it surely gets the blood pressure elevated.
