	Experiences? I've been told I should try shrooms first since peyote can be pretty intense. Thoughts? Also, since I'm half Native American I can legally have, grow, and use Peyote. Only problem - I live in NJ. Finding some is gonna be pretty hard.

	Never tried it, but with my limited knowledge about it, the effect last a lot longer, right? Yah, I'd try half an 1/8th to an 1/8th of shrooms first.

as far as i know it takes somewhere in the ballpark of FOREVER to grow a san pedro to the size where you can harvest and enjoy it.

	im pretty sure your right, it takes 5+(?) years i think. i got my hand on peruvian torch. prepared it by way of a recipe on erowid. most vile thing i've ever tried to consume.

	San pedro tastes like puked up green peppers :/ I've used synthetic mescaline, it was similar to shrooms but less of a happy/goofy trip, more of a sobering feeling if that makes any sense. Just make sure you are somewhere where you feel safe, are with people you trust, and are not in a shitty mood.
