We are not enemies, but friends. We must not be enemies. Though passion may have strained we must not break our bonds of affection. The mystic chords of memory will swell when again touched, as surely they will be by the better angels of our nature.

Actual purple bud? Yeah...nice stuff, from what I can remember. It was years ago, and I thought it was a joke when Dude handed me a fat chunk of it. But wow.

Is it for real purps or did you just let it get a little too cold and it turned purple that way?

As for the question, in New England it seems that 95% of outdoor homegrown is terrible leafy crap billed as "Jerry Berries". 5% of it is amazing. Homegrown indoor is like 60% decent 40% shit grown by noobs.

Really my opinion about homegrown relies mainly on trying to find out how many Watts per plant the operation was using. If it's homegrown and it's dense and crystally, i'm in. If it is homegrown and it's leafy and uncured, take that shit elsewhere please.

we'll ive been growing for the past 5 year's
but the people i work with are in there 40's and have been growing for 20+ year's and yea when i say purple bud's i mean FULL purple buds, the purple on these bud's is not due to cold weather, it was very dank and sold out really fast to people threw out the island
this stuff was picked at the right time cured properly trimmed well, and was all around done properly under the watchful eye of "mom and dad"(no not my mom and dad)

Hmm.....

Well, A hypothetical guy I know may or may not have been doing this about 20 years. Its not that hard. If one were so inclined, save the best seeds from any given sack and store them. If someone was then further motivated, one could acquire some potting soil, peat moss, and the awful brown sludge accumulated when cleaning out a fish tank filter.

From there, its a matter of light and heat, so I hear. This hypothetical individual hasn't bought herb since 1989.

FYI, if, and I say if, one were interested, this hypothetical person would suggest about 1 teaspoon of fish sludge for each gallon of water used for the plants. Avoid all other fertilizers. You could then, in theory, switch to straight water for the last 2 weeks of a non existent grow.

Rumor has it, after 10 or 12 years of cross breeding the best seeds, a substance results which will leave you drooling in a chair.

NOTE: This is a fictional account of an event that never took place.

PS. Local homegrown is generally shit, unless you enjoy smoking bowls of seeds and stems

I have changed my personal exploring ethics code. From now on it will be: "Take only aimed shots, leave only hobo corpses." Copper scrappers, meth heads and homeless beware. The Jonsered cometh among you, bringing fear and dread.

There's a shop in Burlington Vt. that advertises on a local classic rock station, during the Grateful Dead hour on Sundays...GTG Hydroponics.

There's only one reason they advertise on that show...
