Just as long as it isn't woodgrain. GM loooooves fake woodgrain. LOVES IT.

Although the only PT Cruisers I like are the Touring with the fake woodgrain... odd.

Anyhow, nice job, Sam. I've been wondering how you liked the car overall, as well.

Maybe for the interior, look for a way to build in a shield body piece that will cover over the console, and then paint it to match? I hear you Northern NYers can do some amazing things with chicken wire and Bondo.

Me goin' legit would be like JarJar on speech therapy.

Yeah they can lol. You wouldn't believe the number of Camaros and Trans Ams that work their way down we have to deal with. The fender flares yall make are a nice touch.

If I had an extra Digital camera layin' around, I'd send it to Sam. unfortunately I don't. Anybody got a spare one? That poor Cobalt deserves better than that. You're a bad daddy.

Come to think of it, I might indeed have one layin' around, if I find it, You pay postage and it's your's.

Yeah, agreed... there's a VERY lifted Wagoneer in town here with a snorkel and everything on 33" Super Swampers with the woodgrain still on it, looks amazing.

But on the dash? No.

I have northern relatives and love Jeeps. So I know JB Blaster, tourches, BFH's, and inventing new curse words while laying on ur back anywhere under a car with the northern affliction and ever so slightly touching any part of the undercarriage and finding former metal pour into you eyes from EVERYWHERE!! The saftey glasses, they do nothing. NOTHING!!!

i brought my 91 Cavalier RS with me to Tennessee in 2000. I had it on a lift having a new cat-free custom bent exhaust put on it... the mechanic comes out from under the car and asks me if I was the owner. Then he asks me if the car was in a flood or underwater or something. He'd never seen so much rust. I walk him to the back of the car, point up at the New York plate.

"ooooohhhh you's a yankee."
it explained everything.

FINALLY had a supercharged Cobalt out today for a real "enthusiastic" drive... fuck, that's a pretty impressive little car, especially once you're up around 80ish miles an hour. Seems to take about the same amount of time to get from 80-100 as it does from 40-60.
