No, conspiracy theories. I got a hold of a copy of the book recently and it's all about CIA and US military conspiracies, he mentions and speaks to a lot of people involved in this "psychic warrior" program thing, talking to people like Uri Geller, the guy who wrote it took a very tongue in cheek approach when he was doing his research. It's quite the story.

I read a lot about the CIA's experiments over the years, and just when you thought it couldn't get any weirder, it does. Training dolphins to attack submarines, an exploding conch shell in the waters where Fidel Castro liked to SCUBA dive, and lacing Castro's cigars with a chemical to make his bear fall out are some of my favorites.

	Read this instead of seeing a silly movie: A great body pf research and projects were very productive and enlightening, but much of it has been abandoned and discontinued.
