	of course im right, theres no scam operation of counterfeit license plates with hidden words in them like "add" and yeah nostra thats what I was thinking, that most of these plates are localised to MTL and Laval, not the north shore or south shore

well dont forget, some licence bureaus were still handing out 79 plates to taxis and busses into the 90s
