I think I see that scanner I lost 8 years ago under the front ditch lights!
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too!

Here is a GT38ACe, built by EMD for Sumatra railways (PTKA), sitting on a flatcar awaiting shipment at the port in Halifax. There were about eight of them there. I believe they're on the flatcars (rather than on the rails directly) because they are not standard North American gauge. This is in June, 2011.

Posted by nostra-YOUPPI! i know bombardier ships american commuter cars from lapocatiere with no wheels so they can add the wheels in the states for american content.
They send them to Plattsburgh and sometimes, Plattsburgh does work on GO Transit cars too. Werid seeing that go down the D&H.

And here's a damaged sd40-2, which was written off after a wreck this past spring, just north of North Bay, Ontario, Canada. It's waiting in the yard here, pending scrapping/salvaging of any useful parts.
