Here's a bunch.

Portland MAX

UP 8056, 2656, 8024, 7982

UP 4449 during 5-year boiler inspection.

Oregon Coast Scenic RR #25, an old logging loco, steaming up for test drive.

Same loco. Engineer let me climb up and pull the whistle!

SP&S 700 after pulling a funeral train, back at the engine house next to NPR loco (don't know the number), an old ALCO.

More SP&S 700

UP 4449 pulling the annual Holiday Train for the first time in 5 years.

BNSF 2312 crossing Portland's Steel bridge.

UP 681 at the St. John's Yard in Portland.

POTB RR 101; painted like a cow. It's a former Willamette and Pacific Co. loco, an EMD GP9 from 1956.

Former Great Northern RR 274 EMD F7.

Click to enlarge all of the above.

I've always wanted to do that. But have also always req'd someone to push me into doing so because I am a pussy. I have yet to meet the person interested in said pushing, and I remain a pussy, :/

Give abandonment a reason for its sacrificial reclamation to nature. Love it. Remember it. Take a picture. Share it. Leave the decay to nature.
