	It is a rail grinder, but only a small one. In southern Ontario they seem to be used for switches, yards, crossings, and bad sections of mainline. The big mainline grinders typically are in the area 1 or 2 times per year. I love these trains: A rather epic sight at night:

Seattle is the best because theres lots of places to watch the port and the trains!

This train started running last year. Its a pretty big deal because this is the first time the train has been loaded inside of terminal 18. Its also a big deal because its the first time marsk/CMA CGM have called at the port of Seattle.

Was that in the big parking lot by balmer in interbay? Its now a school bus barn and that area is getting taken over by the cruse ship terminal. I haven't checked it out yet but there is a big auto facility in the kent valley and full auto racks are delivered to Tacoma.

	Just a follow up on the grinder stuff, seems most were taking advantage of the "economic downturn" to effect repairs...smart move. we see grinder action here on the CPR Windermere sub, right around the Kootenay Skookumchuck Hoodoo's. Foam it up boys!!!
