Anyone here listen to dub?

I'm starting to become a big fan, Mad Professor, Scientist, and Augustus Pablo are probably my favorites right now.

Anyway, good stuff.

I saw Mad Professor in 2005. I totally don't remember anything from the show at all.

Help this old guy out: what is dub?

Why would this be more difficult for an old guy? You might as well be asking "Help this old guy out: who is Frank Sinatra?"

Personally I think that reggae/dub has gotten pretty boring/shitty lately.
While I do like SOME dub (Like the Easy Star All-Stars: http://www.youtube...atch?v=ZaR4fsUeTVY Dub side of the Moon ftw!), it's kind of all the same, you know? anybody can sing over a simple skank beat.

I'm more inclined to the original ska, or some of the 3rd wave stuff that goes back to its reggae roots, like Pepper. http://www.youtube...atch?v=vTO3oYeBBgc
Sublime as well but they are more skapunk than reggae. Pepper is nomtastic.
