	who designed the dash in the 03 cavalier? a drunk retard with no hands?? in my sunfire i could swap out the radio in 5 minutes, this one you have to remove the dashpad and remove the intsrument cluster bezel... all to hook my sat radio to the antenna cable

	You think that's bad? It's not possible to easily "replace" the radio/cd player in my car, as it's wired into the climate control system.

	Not as bad as Ford in the late 90's early 00's. Every try to find a oval radio? ( Yes I know there were kits for those with HVAC control panel attached. Still a pain in the arse. )

	Some mid 90's Oldsmobiles have the radio wired through the vehicle's immobilizer AND oil life monitor system. Also, the radio shape in the New Beetle was fucking dumb. You can get an adaptor kit to put in a DIN radio, but why they had to make it wider and kinda oval shaped (with no CD player, just a changer available for the trunk) was beyond me.

well the j bodies in the 90s getting the seatbelt chime wired through them was just a precurser to the idea of controlling everything in a gm via the radio. my neighbors impala i was shocked when to fix the tire pressure light in an impala i had to go through the radio
