Hey all,

I bought a few SLRs over the fall and winter and need some help. I got a fujica, looks great battery works and all. The thing is that the advance lever will not crank. Any help?

Thanks

I'm not sure the value of the camera, but it might be sufficiently low that it would cost less to buy another one than to get it fixed.

i know this is an old thread, but i just found this board.

sometimes you can find repair manuals online or forums where people have posted about problems they've had and the fixes that have worked. my Minolta X-700 had similar issues and instead of fixing it, i just picked up another body for $20 on eBay. uLiveAndYouBurn really liked my X-700 and so i told him if he could fix the other body, he could have it... after an hour or so of messing around with it, he got it to work. if you're not worried about damaging the body too much, i'd say just go for it if you're at all mechanically inclined. =)
