I'm really loving my Vic so far. How did I ever live without a full-size, rear-drive, v8 sedan?

If you have a white one, you can put a big antenna on the roof and drive very slowly on the highway, backing up traffic for miles.*

I base this off a true story while driving down a South Carolina interstate once. It really looked like there was a cruiser in the distance, and everyone was going slow. This went on for almost a half hour until I passed the guy. It was so anticlimactic, because when I finally passed that bozo, the car had paint peeling off it, some outlandish antenna that nearly doubled the height of the car, and the car struggled to keep straight, dipping into the shoulder noticeably ever so often.

*Not that you would, but you could.

One time I was on a ridealong with my friend Stirling in his company's primary patrol vehicle, the infamous ex-Washington State Patrol CVPI (which later was hydrolocked by his idiot patrol officer.)

We were on the highway for a minute going up 3 exits when these ricers in their Civics screem past us. they both look at the CVPI, my friend Stirling turns on the spot light and they instead of running, actually slowed back down to 40 and slid behind us; disappearing.

We later found out that Beaverton PD was not too far behind and ticketed them for illegal street racing

haha at waterfest we were all doing burnouts and a bunch of volounteer firefighters in an Tahoe were chilling watching, and one guy did a huge burnout so they flipped the lights on and chased after him, he stopped and was shitting bricks having a small anxiety attack, and they just drove by and screamed JOKES ON YOU FUCKER, it was very fun to watch.

I use to drive and 03 cv lx in chestnut brown, I happen to always pull onto a street (usually downtown) and a patrol would end up in front of me. It was odd, they would be looking at me in their rear view mirror, and when I looked at them, they would look away quickly. It was as if they did not want me to see they were looking at me, and they were very nervous. They would proceed to quickly pull over someone at random. That was just odd.

I plan on a Crown Vic being my next car. White doors and roof, semi-gloss black everything else, gloss red powdercoated rims and whitewall tires, leaving the spots and bull bar on.

Maybe not, I may leave the steelies black and go for the full experience. But I do love the black/white/red color combo.

When I travel I get to rent cars, I used to like trying out new ones, but I got tired of the disappointment a lot of them would bring. So now even though I drive a Grand Marq every day, when I rent, I rent either a Grand Marquis or Town Car. Been happy with all rental cars since

Kinda what I was going for, but I think it would be easy to overdo it.

There is a taxi (a yellow Crown Vic) with wide wall whites and moon discs caps, I'll say one thing for it, it sure stands out.
