that was probably one of the best made videos I have yet to see... that's a car that I never really considered a candidate to be made fun.

I always wanted to take the transmission, transfer case, and rear diff setup from this and put it into a civic sedan of the same vintage. My mom owned a '90 1.5L automatic. It was the first car that I ever drove at age 12, so I think owning one and doing this would make a cool project. Too bad by the time I'll have the capital for it, there will be about two left and zero parts available.
