	So, I was driving through town today and I saw something that made me go around the block for a closer look. There is a beautiful black 2001 BMW 740i for sale. Asking $10,500. Claims to be great running, definitely looks fantastic. I would love to get into something like this, but I have to ask... a 2001... for $10,500??? is that reasonable? I do not currently know anything more about this car, but I'm going to try to swing by and snap a few photos and call the number on the car for more info. 	Meh, electrical issues pretty much calmed down by the early 90's on those. Not a bad car. I have a few customers with that generation of 7 series and they've all been great cars.

A family relative sold his E38 after about 150k... he said it was a great car that "rode on rails" but that it had some major work to get there. 	I think with this car, it is not the initial cost you should consider. But the costs that come with owning it, once you've fallen in love with her, then she will show you what she's after. It's not your heart.
