Hey guys,

What consoles do you guys have... I am not talking about PS3 and Xbox360 here.. I'm talking about oldschool stuff. What is your holy grail? I dont have anything too rare.

Lets see..

I got the usual NES, SNES, Genesis,

but I got

Sega master system (I am a huge wonderboy 3 fan, gotta love safari hunt)

game gear (I still carry that with me when I take the subway etc)(basically a portable master system)

turbo grafx 16 (pc engine) which is awesome, I love blazing lazers and splatter house.

I got a goldstar 3dO, 3dO is pretty aweful for the most part... but no copy protection is nice and there are a few games that are good. Samurai showdown (the best home console port besides the neo geo AES), super street fighter 2 turbo (best home console port of street fighter 2)... there are a few more games, but the standard controllers for the 3dO make the gameplay tedious and often unbearable.

Sega saturn, I love this machine. Dynamite deka, fighters megamix, darius gaiden.. awesome machine. I still need an action replay 4 in 1... but they aren't common around here.

LE black dreamcast.. dynamite cop, I loved die hard arcade (Dynamite deka) in the arcade and I loved this sequel. That sold me, but right now my DC is sitting in it's box. I remember I bought jet grind radio on launch day and was blown away by the cell shaded graphics and was a fan.. that got me to get an xbox because it came with sega GT and the sequel, jet set radio future which was also good.

enough for now.. what do you guys have and what do you like on those systems?

NES and SNES.

Super Mario World on SNES is one of the better games I've had the privilege of playing.

agreed, I wasn't a fan of the sequel (yoshi island) so I traded it for super street fighter 2 like a week after I got it.

NES Top Loader(no need to blow and bang the NES around anymore )

SNES Mini(I found Super Mario All Stars+ to be the greatest thing ever created!)

Atari Jaguar(Yeah, i know. it's crap)

Philips CD-i(I have both Zelda games that were released for this and they are just as bad as people say they are)

Limited Edition Pikachu N64(I miss my childhood....)

awesome!

okay snes model two (the one that looks like super famicom jr) is bad ass... I always wanted one of those.

NES top loader, really cool... no region lockout / copy protection chip to none of that rebooting error from a bad cart connection. I really want to grab one of those... haha

jaguar, well it may be bad, it has some games. if you can some how get your paws on a cd unit that would be great (especially since they only sold like 12,000 of them, haha)

philips cd-i, as bad as it is... you should try and get yourself the third zelda game on it... they actually made 3 of them and I heard that the 3rd one is actually not nearly as bad as the first two however not as good as a normal zelda title. people just love to hate them (with more then good reason) but I hear the third one is actually playable.

you got hotel mario on that mo-fo?

I remember those n64's... that is neat and in demand if you have the box especially. Personally I wasn't into the n64 too much, somehow I own one but I know I didn't buy it. I think someone left one at my house and never took it back. I might actually get a few games on it though because there are a few I do like but nothing I would buy the console for.

hey, I think the sherlock holmes they made for the CD-I was also ported for the 3D0.. wasn't it? if so, that game is f-ing trash.
