I thought I'd share this mostly because I think this community will find it mildly amusing and because I'm rather mystified by this and would like some suggestions.

Back story:I went to the movies with this guy, "Ken", a couple of times in highschool (two years ago), and he was completely rude to me. He's the stereotypical yacht society child, and I'm the stereotypical artist.

This is a conservation that took place out of the blue in June on facebook messaging after having never spoken to him since 2 years ago.

I never responded. I didn't know how to respond without being bitchy. Anyway, today I opened up my email to find over 30 minutes of bad video footage of a public tourist place in my city. He went to the Sunsphere (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sunsphere) which is fully accessible to the public. His email says "i told you i'm a baller. how about exploring with me now?"

I don't even know what to do.....? I just don't know.

Sounds like he wants to get together, you shot him down, and now he's trying to prove to you he knows where it's at and trying too hard to be all explorer-ish to impress you. .

If I had to guess, I'd say that this guy is single, alone, and is probably calling up every good-looking girl he's ever met, trying to get some quality hang-out time (and possibly some lovin'). I'd say that you should continue flat-out rejecting him... but I'm intrigued by his persistence. I kinda want to see where this goes.

In all seriousness, flat out ignoring him is the best way to go. You don't want to risk saying something mean and then having this guy make you out to look like a bitch in revenge.

My coworker for instance, he guessed that I wasn't quite "normal"...and oh boy...fireworks ensued. Along with stupid questions like "Can I watch?".

I can't get it through his head that I am not a practicing lesbian...I just like both sexes equally and that I don't give a shit if I'm with a male or a female, as long as it works. He's a sweet guy, I wouldn't trade working with him for the last 5 years for anything and I wouldn't give up my place working with him on a daily basis, but fuck! I hate this shit.
