How do I handle this situation. Nick and I have been friends for about 3 years now but ever since I broke up with Robbie hes been getting creepy. Asking me to get drunk with him and being really mean when i mention anyone im interested in. Recently hes also confessed that he "loves" me even though we only met once for like 20 minutes. Keep in mind I'm 17, hes 25.

It doesn't sound like he's a great friend if he's creepy, obsessed, and emotionally manipulative. How do you find these people?

I wouldn't consider a person like that a "great friend", especially if you've only met him once for 20 minutes.

^What Neptune said. From what you posted he seems quite a bit of a creep. Methinks a relationship with him will not go well.

Creepy lurkers are the worst. I'd say go with your gut... and if you do decide to block him, just beware that it's very easy for someone to make fake accounts using different names just so that they can continue harassing or bothering you.
