Hi Everyone,
I have been lurking for quite some time now. I figure it's time to start posting some things. Finding exploring buddies has been a challenge -I'm 29, work in Risk Management part time and as a holistic health coach and herbalist the rest of the time. Needless to say it is not really appropriate to discuss this in either work environment. I recently came across this site and was amazed to find that this community exists : ) Enough rambles.

So this place is located on an old plantation in MD that is surrounded by forest (some of it old growth). A historic mansion is still in use today for historical education but various barns, 2 awesome stables (with rotting gear and various strange things still in them), a large horse arena, and a small house infested with lady bugs are all abandoned. A very old cemetery is also on the property as well.

Here are some pictures (I am NOT a photographer and have only recently started to take photos to document, so don't start drooling or anything). Thanks for lookin'

Nice find! Your photos are actually really good for documentary snapshots. No need to be an artist here, as long as your exposure and focus are decent.

Thanks for posting!

I like the head stone shot and the arm house. Interesting place.

Holy Noah's Arc...that looks like a "flood line" in #2. Great pictures!
