| | | Apparently there used to be 32 question on this quiz, but now there are only 15. On average, people who took the survey answered half the questions incorrectly, and many flubbed even questions about their own faith. Those who scored the highest were atheists and agnostics, as well as two religious minorities: Jews and Mormons. The results were the same even after the researchers controlled for factors like age and racial differences. http://features.pewforum.org/quiz/us-religious-knowledge/index.php I "answered 14 out of 15 questions correctly, scoring better than 97% of the public." I honestly don't understand how anyone could get less than 12 on this quiz.

| | | Posted by Mr_Fiend Well, the only ones I got wrong were, "what is ramadan?" and the other "when does the jewish sabbath begin"?, both of which I really dont give a shit about. Details, details.... According to my beliefs, it doesnt matter what you know, its what you believe and how you live. Having said that, people NEED to know what they believe in and why. It needs to have reason and purpose.
| You're right, but I think culturally it's important to know about them. Well, probably not so much in OK, but here in Cleveland I know to avoid the street where the Islamic center is on Friday afternoons!
