I was getting ready for a big weekend trip last friday night and as I was going through camera gear and lights I started to notice the how many I had. I'm sure there's a few here that have collections that could dwarf mine but thought I'd start a thread about it. Lets see what you've got.

If you insist!

It's not a huge collection in the scheme of things - certainly the people on CPF wouldn't bat an eyelid, but it's interesting that it's fairly different to how it was a year or two ago. The main difference is that all the cheapie DX lights pretty much died .

I seem to have the same problem. I just purchased another one this week--a Streamlight PT-2AA.

nice collection meta....those all look really nice.

heres my flashlight / ropework collection....I lost a few lights over the summer, but its still a pretty decent collection. the L1200 and TK40 have replaced my B&D spotlights as my "primary" lights which is fine with me as they're nearly as bright and weigh 1/3 as much

...Thank you for posting pictures of the ump-teen flashlights you have.

I was getting worried when I brought 4 different ones!

Currently I have 2 5-LED little clicker lights, A cap with the LED's in the brim, and a larger 2-D battery Everready.

We also bring glow sticks for tunnel mazes; we usually use them to help find the way back since I'm terrible with direction and orientation.

Just when I though I was done for awhile my tool sales guy at work stops by and causes a spending spree on lights again.......

No interest and a no-limit charge account on anything I want with a streamlight dealer is bad news when you have a flashlight addiction......bad news.

First off and the cheaper part of my purchase is this little thing 70 lumens and 3 AA's plus a gorilla pod with magnetic feet. It should prove to be really useful in UE and at work.

Next up is the streamlight firebox (flood version) 615 lumen for 8 hrs or 330 lumen for 18 hrs. AC and DC chargers and a shoulder strap. Pretty excited for it to get here next week.

I've used the Firebox that has a single incandescent bulb. Those things are bright as hell.

I just added a Dereelight Javelin to my collection. I did a lot of research and discovered that many claim it's the longest throwing AA flashlight on the market. After testing in drains, a few buildings, and an abandoned limestone mine, I have to say that it's probably true.

It has three modes: high, medium (25% output), and low (.8% output, I think). Each mode is activated by depressing the button halfway, and the Javelin's memory remembers which mode you last used regardless of how long it's been shut off.

I also purchased an extender that allows it to use a third AA battery, and I find the added length makes it easier to use (not too long, easier to hold).

If you want a good AA flashlight, then definitely check out the Javelin.

Well I just passed the $1K in lights mark......ordered another streamlight firebox, the spot version to go with the flood version I already had.
These things are awesome, a little heavy and bulky but the output and run-times are heavyweight too.

Should probably stop for awhile
