| | | Posted by shadowedsmile Getting a barrage of angry texts from one roommate who doesn't know how to operate locks apparently. I put the deadbolt on (same key as the doorknob lock) and apparently I'm a terrible person for this. And the other one is now pissed at me too and is going home to help her? I'm such a terrible person for securing our apartment properly when no one is home. First it was yelling at me because she's didn't bring all 3 keys, then I explained two are the same (and it wouldn't be my fault she didn't bring all her keys anyways) and she still couldn't get it, so she was being bitchy because I put the deadbolt on. Probably going to get yelled at when I get home from school, too. Sigh.
| It's even worse when people expect you to open the door for them when the know you'll be home, or leave the door unlocked for whenever they get home. And knowing you'll be home, they sometimes leave their key behind. Whenever I go out, the keys go in the right pocket, the cellphone in the left and wallet in the (left) ass. It's easy, and I've never had a problem being locked out, or had to ring anyone to open up, or ask that the door be left unlocked.
| Keep it fuzzy. |
