	Some unknown crackhead showed up to my New Years party that was basically just UER members and some close friends (A damn good crowd), who at some point throughout the evening tried to put me in a headlock on my front porch, during which time I thought "Yeah, it's time to defend yourself I think"... which resulted in getting punched in the face more than a few times, and being bitten. Sadly I don't think anyone inside my house knew what was going on until it was too late. My big issue is, I want to press charges, BUT I'm scared of the police, not once have they ever even tried to help me, they've just blackmailed me, etc.

	We had no idea what was going on until after it was over and I saw you covered in blood. Rumour has it the dude just got out of jail and is obviously on parole. If you press charges he'll go right back to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $200. I'd say that going to the cops is better than exacting personal revenge.

	Seriously, this is wicked, sorry it happened. Give the cops a really good test on this. Have witnesses give their statements. Try to forget the cops have failed you before. If they fail again, then maybe take it to the media, higher authority, (ombudsman) if they still exist? IDK, just trying to look at possible angles. Keep us posted.
