I have come to one conclusion....

It appears that all you people who are paired have one thing in common...

None of you seem in the least bit happy.


Why seek out these relationships if its PAINFULLY obvious that you're not ready for an adult relationship? It's crazy, and frankly, pathetic.

My guess is:

Seeking completion or happiness in a relationship, they lunge for anyone regardless of availability (emotional or otherwise) and find that other people don't make you happy. And then maybe they get mad that this person they sacrificed so much for can't do what they "should" so off they go like a rocket made of rage and slut.

Something like that, you see it on TV dramas all the time.

Some people love abusive relationships? some people just love being in relationships. Also, Internet is also a good way to get an "unbiased" opinion.

I love my marriage. Though I've only been married for a little over three years, I know I'm married to a supportive, loving partner. I don't sing praises from the rooftops of UER, because it's not UER's business.

The stereotype of "nagging/frigid/crazy woman" and "lazy/wandering/unsupportive man" is played out so many times in various forms, it's become acceptable for people to keep these stereotypes going in blogs/facebook/on UER. My aunt-in-law is forever posting about stupid and lazy and irritating her husband is, all the while she's not working and gets pissed about having to go to the grocery store. She also bitches about how horrible her kids are. This is okay. People will laugh and say, "Well, that's men for ya!" or some other insipid bullshit without stopping to consider that deeper problems might be at hand.
