As much as I hate to sound like this, that's kind of what I was talking about about the JKs...A lot of JK owners, doesn't seem like it's a Jeep to them, it's just an SUV. They don't do the 'Jeep things' - wave at other Jeep drivers, park next to other Jeeps, etc. They seem stuck up, for the most part. Also, they all drive around with their windows up, roof on, A/C on in the summer. It's a Jeep, ffs, put the top down.

I dunno what JK crowd you have seen, but the JK owners here are Jeep people; they do all the Jeep things like waving at each other and saying "Nice Jeep!" in parking lots.

I'll clue you in Nismo, your lucky all they do is text. When I had my trans rebuilt in my 5.0 Mustang, and a day later on Sunday night at about 1 am it flew apart, I not only called the fuckers house that rebuilt it, but got a ride down there from my buddy to make good and damn sure he had a roll back on its way to pick it up RIGHT FUCKING NOW. I didn't lay out fairly large amounts of cash to get 2 days of driving out of what is usually a strong transmission. If I pay for something, it damn well better be done right, or as Mr Cambell of Cambell's Transmission found out, I will beat on your front door at 1:30 AM till you get your ass up and get my shit to your shop.

Working at a race shop wasn't much fun for that either. Mitsubishi Big Wigs used to like calling me on sundays asking me if I could head over to the shop to do stupid shit (after working the saturday, which I was supposed to get off), customers would call me at 3 am asking what tires they should use at a rally in 2 months... fuck that scene.

Calling me up screaming that I stole your steel wheel with a dead tire on a Sunday morning is a bitch. The guy was screaming saying I know you have it I cant believe you'd steal from me you're all thieves I'm a good client blah blah blah..... Needless to say he called back a few hours later to tell me he found the wheel.

Or calling me up on a friday night cause your handbrake cable snapped, and we did your rear brakes two weeks ago, demanding to be refunded your time and for your anguish, even though I pointed out that the hand brake was a little high and that for an hours labour I could try readjusting it but you were too cheap.
