i drive for a living... tonight i passed 3 of my all time favs. an 87 iroc-z, a 57' bel air, and a 97 rx-7. the only one missing was an 86 911 "whale-tail"

I have a soft spot for both the Bel Air and the IROC.

My grandfather owned a Bel Air brand new in 1958, which later traded in when he had more kids for two Ramblers so my grandmother could have a car.

My Uncle had a 1989 Camaro IROC that when I was like 6 or 7 when we would go down to Florida, would ALWAYS take me to Toys R Us and buy me any toy under $100 just so he could use me & the car as pawns to go pick up single mothers

The Prius by far, and in a manly colour: white, light blue, or ecofriendly seafoam green.

^ LOL. The first car I ever fell for was a 1964 Porsche 356B?. We grew up in a rural area, a neighbor and family friend a few doors down, (half a mile) had this red beauty tucked in a old vine covered detached garage.

Everyday walking home from school, or delivering papers, I'd look at that Porsche's bum. But it never seemed to move, almost never. I found out later it had some problems. Could be the owner, (a great guy, but not mechanically minded) failed to service it properly.

Had a ride in it once around age 12, something I'll never forget... utter awesomeness.

Years later his wife bought a silver Javelin, and damn, it had presence.

Next car that made me crazy was the Countach. Road & Track was in the mail every month, (first mag subscription) and I didn't leave my room on that day in 1974 when they featured the Lambo. Was 16 at the time. Other all time favorite car is the Tucker.

These days I'd settle for a solid Fiero

1990 Cavalier Z24 coupe.
oh i will always lust after one of these even though they're almost all gone...

My very favourite is the '67 Beetle... but out of that list, Porsche all the way.
