The Salad: Romaine Lettuce Bacon Bits Three Hard Boiled Eggs sliced length wise, then cut the slices into quarters Asiago Cheese Croutons Prepping the Bacon Bits Prepare these the night before, either pan fried or microwave real bacon, store in fridge over night, then hand crush. Hard Boiled Eggs place eggs in pot, cover with cold water, add 1 Tablespoon of vinegar, and half a teaspoon of salt. Allow them to come to a boil, then remove from heat and cover wait 20 minutes before draining and peeling. Now the Dressing (which is the best part!) 1/4 cup of olive oil 1 egg 1 clove of Garlic, pressed Fresh ground Salt and Pepper Cayenne Pepper (the ground up stuff) Mustard Powder A good splash of Worcester sauce A dash of Lemon Juice (don't go too heavy on this) Mix with hand blender Do not add the dressing until you're ready to serve.
