A long time ago I posted about a friend who I stopped contact with because, basically, we kept getting into bitchy cat fights and she was too immature for me to associate with without grinding me teeth to dust in frustration.

After a period apart in which we both grew and did our own thing, we contacted each other on facebook (we both commented on a mutual friends status, causing a 'lol' and then the next thing you know we're reminiscing about the good times)

We now chat a few times a week and all is well in the world, we realized the friendship we had was worth trying to rekindle.

I just wanted to thank everybody who was there to give me advice in the first place and listen to me whine and talk shit out - there are a lot of really amazing people here and I don't think you fully realize how much impact you have on other people's lives (for the better)

Thanks for helping me walk away from a friendship to save it, uer.

on the night that we graduated from highschool. i was out with "puke, bones, iceman and twigg". i was after twigg that night (she was hot and just had her 17th b-day), bones was also after her. after the better part of a bottle of so-co 100 proof. bones and i almost had a huge fight. iceman threated to kill us both if we got into it. (he just got back from gulfwar 1, and could do it) bones and i didnt talk for years after that. i missed his friendship for years. we now remet on facebook, and joke about that night.
twigg is married now with kids. i took her to her sr prom on request of her mom, made sure she had a good time. but i was a respectful about it.
bones, twigg, iceman, puke and i are good friends to this day. true friends are very hard to find and harder to replace. that was 20 years ago.

It's funny how things that seemed so very important years ago, now seem so meaningless, if you can even remember them at all.

Anyways, Yield's going to hate me tomorrow, as I plan on molesting her in her sleep.

Just remember Yield, years down the road it will seem like nothing : D
