so, for me... I have been playing final fight cd which is for the sega cd. I think this is probably the best home console port of final fight... it completely destroys the snes version. Also this one they didn't edit out poison which is a huge plus.

also I have been playing wipeout 2097 for the sega saturn. On the playstation in north america it was known as wipeout XL, but it was never released on the sega saturn here in NA... only in europe and in japan... so I imported a british copy. As for the japanese saturn, it was also known as wipeout xl but is close to impossible to find. I always was a fan of wipeout xl.

well I just got minecraft. I've been playing frontierville on facebook, Harvest Moon Island of Happiness on the DS and I just got DDR X for Playstation 2.
I also bought LBP2 for the ps3 and Love it
I'm also going back to WoW in the near future. more in the future lineup: Portal 2, Skyrim, and Bioshock whatever the fuck it's called.

I'm currently working on an Left 4 Dead 2 campaign, so I'm playing a lot of that lately. I've also been hooked on racing games lately, so Dirt 2 and Grid are on regular rotation.

I've been playing Mass Effect and Fallout: New Vegas.

Mass Effect is amazing, I've never seen a game with such a detailed, fascinating universe. The combat system takes some getting used to, and allies sometimes get in the way, but it's not a huge hinderance.

Fallout: New Vegas is addictive, I can spend hours just exploring the wasteland. People have criticized this game for being too much like Fallout 3, but I don't see this as an issue.

I agree 100% how can more awesome be a bad thing? Its fun, but i went back to play fallout 3 on the 360 and there is something different. It feels like there is more mystery in fallout 3, like i haven't found everything yet. I don't entirely get that feeling in New Vegas. Its still awesome and I love the improvements they made in the gameplay.

It's been PvZ on the iTouch, UT2004 & CoD:WaW:NZ on the PC at home and X-COM: Terror from the Deep via DOSBox on the work system.

So true. New Vegas just is lack luster.

That on the otherhand looks like it has potential.

I will agree! It looks so good. I love the world or fallout and red dead redemption they feel like real breathing worlds. So few other games can match them. But RAGE has potential to fill that void. I am looking forward to it.

My boyfriend and I have been talking about this, we're serious Mario addicts.

We've been playing the bit.trip games, MoH (our PS3 was broken for quite awhile...making up for lost time), and we just bought Resident Evil 1: Director's Cut from the PSN store a few nights ago and that has dominated much of my nighttime gaming. We're looking forward to Rage...my boyfriend is an id fanatic.

i would sort of agree. but the new elder scrolls looks very different. I might actually like it. I hated oblivion which i know is blasphemy, but i couldn't stand it.

I bought You Don't Know Jack and Viva Piñata today. I loved YDKJ back in the day and this one is just as awesome. The wife is playing VP right now after playing Plants vs Zombies for HOURS. I also bought Trials HD which is so badass.

Pretty soon I will be back to my Wii playing catch up on all the games I've missed these last two years.

I can't wait for the new elder scrolls. *drool*
I find the wii is that kind of system..you shelf it until something worth paying $60 for comes out and then you buy the game, remember the wii is fun, and go to the bargain bin to pick up everything you missed that was half decent for $5 or $10 a pop.
