Oh yeah, gout and kidney stones remind you that you're not a kid anymore. Also, you can't reverse the numbers of your age to get a younger age. Damn!

Gone for a while. Be back when I'm back.

I can't climb fences like I used to. Last time I did, I cut my hand as the fence was bending under my weight.

My latest fence hopping experience went surprisingly well for me, it's the shoulder/arm/back pain I woke up with the next morning that was new

45 here. Oh hell I have parts that hurt that I didn't know I even owned. Normally a direct result of forgetting my age and acting like I am still 20. Sooo with that being said, as long as I can still forget and my body forgives I will not worry too much about it.

A mirage is not an optical illusion. It is a real phenomenon, and one can take photographs of it. The interpretation of the image, however, is up to the fantasy of the human mind.

If that's your picture in your avatar, you sure don't look 45.

I am 44 and coach my daughter's soccer team. They were short on players so I ran the drills with them rather than directing them a few days ago. Those muscles and joints that worked great 20 years and 40 pounds ago are far from forgiving now. I am still having a hard time walking. Age and (my) stupidity blow.

Ha! I know the feeling but as long as you can still do it all over again and recover it's all good. Ya know you will be short on players before the end of season and do it again. The memories of those times with your daughter will far out weigh the pain.
