Used the discount, still active and working
End up going the neutral RGB
I'm hoping the weather holds off this weekend so I can get out and use them.

Love the dildos. Only one, though? Seems unlikely to satisfy

Nice try, but no, I'm not sending photos.

Especially not ones lit in a nicely-diffused manner.

That little flip-open diffuser is SHIT!!!

I threw mine away.

Hope you have better luck.

I had used it on my HP10. Now I'm using a Surefire on my HP20. Which works beautifully, it just looks kind of alien.

(well, and $60 is a little steep for a diffuser, that's more than either the HP10 or the L2 It's on my L2 here, the HP20's in the shop getting repaired)

You're only allowed to use the RGB in green mode, you know.

We have rules, here.

Have to try it to see how much I like it first. If it satisfies, might get another

Therrin - Have to admit your flip down does look a little bit beefier, mine looks like at some stage its likely to snap but I'm willing to give it a try.

I used your exact flip diffuser for a while, as mentioned, on the HP10.

And I gotta say, for the record, that whoever markets a diffuser for a headlamp should make the outter slip ring in a matte black finish.
Having the lens close atop the ring, instead of nestling inside, and having the ring all clear...

The light comes spilling out the whole damn thing! Glares in your eyes even when it's flipped shut. (even while helmet mounted)

I covered the whole outside in electrical tape and used a magic marker on the outter rim and it only "sorta" fixed it, just made it somewhat bearable.
Then the hinge stopped closing all the way and I tore it off and stepped on it several times. Lasted about 4 trips.

But like I said, my new diffuser cost a little over $60. (and I love it!)

Yeah, I never use those flip diffusers at all. They're cheap, though - about a tenth of the price I paid for a SureFire one I've since lost

Actually, do you have a pic with the diffuser in action? any reference pic will do.

Actually, it's lost somewhere in a cupboard because I gave someone the JetBeam III Pro ST on which it fit

The flip-down diffuser, or the dildo diffuser? Actually, I think I have some comparison shots from a while back, of both...

*searches*

Found some!
