I use a bottle of fuel injector cleaner once in a while..some people told me it's a waste of money and some others that can be useful for saving a bit of gas and keeping the engine running smooth. What do you guys think ?

The injector cleaner does help dissolve carbon up in there; most of the time there is just big blockage that needs a little more friction to get it pushed out.

The way to 100% clean them though is via sonic cleaning and those get pretty expensive.
