"Abandoned" unit on the line

I caught this "abandoned" unit idling on the line (CN Halton Sub near Tansley). From the radio chatter it sounded like the second engine 8874 was experiencing mechanical problems.

There wasn't a single crew member present in the hour I was there. The lead unit 2650 was idling and 8874 was dead. I was itching to hop the fence and totally UER one of the cabs but there was too much activity around (mall parking lot and active industry).

After about half an hour of waiting, 8874's engine revved up with life, but died again after 10 minutes. I would've stayed to watch some light power reverse down the line to hook onto the train, but I had to pick up my mother :s

My FT-60 has no letters or numbers left on it, all worn away. It has some strange orange grainer 'like" coloured paint stuck in the scratches.

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too!

If you get ahold of the replacement keypad, its very to replace actually.
