This dumbass down the block, about 150yds away, apparently installed some new sub-woofers in his car a couple of weeks ago. For the past 2 weeks, I have been intermittently hearing bass rhythms all throughout my house. I wake up to this shit, I hear it when I'm in the shower, I hear it when I'm trying to get homework done at 11 PM. It's getting to be ridiculous.
I could deal with this if he just drove by 1-2 times a day, but he drives by a helluvalot more than that, and he will just have it on sitting in his drive-way.

I'm going to try and catch him when he drives by one day (if he doesn't run me over going 40-45mph on a residential street with children) and give him a courtesy warning before I go to the police. But, these are ideal conditions.
What's probably going to happen is that he is going to catch me when I'm in between cigarettes or haven't eaten all-day, and I'll just call the police then. Less hassle for me, and why should I give him courtesy when he has given me, not to mention the other neighbors on my street, any at all?

the cops will not do anything. hate to be the bearer, but during the day you're SOL. After 9-10pm, though, you can call the flatfeet for disturbance of your peace.
