	Yes indeed. I've walked by a bunch of times, they used to have a security guard sitting in the lobby still, but I'm not sure if he's still there.

	I walked by it a bunch of times two weeks ago while setting up for my show at the CAC and it seems like it is certainly possible. There was what looked to be a recently boarded up door to the lobby, and absolutely no people inside to speak of. There were only a couple ceiling lights on, if that. No lights on in the rest of the building (from what I could tell). Also, anybody interested in attempting this building: 39.118876,-84.529572 Leaving the name of it out so this thread doesn't show up on google. Both will certainly require predawning. 	There does appear to be a guard there. Whether he is only part-time or off doing his rounds when we can't see him I've yet to determine.
