Mom bought it new on Friday over a Honda Fit (which was my choice). It's better than I expected.

Oh good, my slow clap processor made it into this thing.

the insurance on my MINI is close to $360 every 6 months. I would never be able to afford another vehicle.

so...your insurance....is about 700 a year....?!?!

I'm paying $2,000 a year right now as a 7 year long driver with no accidents and drives a wagon. Min insurance required by law, no collision or anything. 2003 Jetta Wagen TDI.

If I was paying only $700 a year I'd be laughing!

Mine dropped when I turned 25 and got married.

I only pay $1700 a year for full coverage on 2 Acuras and a Chevy. I also have just liability on an old Honda.
