I just took a photo to compare it to a Mamiya C220. It's ridiculously weightless.

I don't have any decent photos of my MF gear, but here goes anyway - Mamiya C220 Mamiya C330 Professional Mamiya M645 Yashica 24 (once my backup but the shutter broke recently) Zeiss Iconta B 6x6 folder (suprisingly good) No large format but admire greatly those who do shoot LF.

I am always astounded at the clarity of results obtained from the Yashica. I have a 124G put away, awaiting for the day I can no longer buy Polaroid film. Such a nice machine to use...

I've only had problems with mine. Not at all sharp, probably a lens alignment issue.

Would expect so, as the general feeling is the 'Mat is reasonably hotstuff... This is from mine. Excuse the non-haikyo subject (well almost anyway).

Where's the Pola back? Ha ha.

Kuroneko, I love that picture. I think everyone should post pictures taken from their cameras, not just pictures of their cameras. Personally, I have no pictures of my cameras, though I suppose that might be good for insurance purposes. Here is a picture taken with my Bronica SQ Ai with the 110mm macro lens, not one of my favourites, but it is the most recent
Here is a recentish one with my Mamiya C200 with the 80mm lens. I have come to hate this camera and rarely use it
Here is one from my last roll used with my Mamiya 645e with the very crappy 150mm lens
Que pasa, baby? |

Shots I've taken with my RB67 (except for the shots OF the camera, of course)

What film were you using in your shots from the prison and the housing projects?

Jail was Portra 160 vc and projects was fuji 160s. I think (might be in the tags). Micro's recommendation of the 160s was a good one. Really like it.

Ah, I figured it was 160s. Stuffs the cats ass.

Blows up nice too. Have a 36" print from it up at my gallery right now.

Hows the sharpness? I'm looking to print that large for an upcoming show. I guess apples to oranges because my negs will be 4x5's...

I've seen no problem with sharpness. It is hanging next to 2 shots that were taken with a 4x5 and I'm hard pressed to tell the difference. All 3 were Imacon scanned.

Wound up getting the F1.

Excellent choice. Why is it sideways?

portrait mode. then i realized that the back can just be rotated. doh! also, with a dark cloth and a loupe, low light focusing isnt too bad. i got by fairly well with the standard bellows attached to the back, but a dark cloth makes it much easier, mainly because you can actually use the loupe.

not that im aware of. then again, the darkest place i tried to focus it wasnt even that dark, so we'll see how it turns out in an abandonment
